Can couples buy EA under resale? Will there be any grant for that?

1) There are certain requirements to be eligible for grants:
(a) There must be at least 1 SC in the application.
(b) SC did not enjoy subsidized flat twice or received grants in the past.
(c) Household monthly income did not exceed 14k.
(d) Grant for EA will be 10k lesser as compare to 4-rm and below.
2) If you satisfy the above general condition you are entitled to grant for a resale flat.
