Hi,

Yes its possible. Some buyers do value unblock views more as it offers better natural attributes and are willing to pay a premium. Other factors include unit condition, floor, size and renovation etc. But comparable recent transacted prices in the vicinity will be a good guide.

Naturally a unit with an unblocked view will be able to command a higher price as compared to one with a blocked view. This is because an unblocked unit is usually brighter and better ventilated and therefore appeal more to potential buyers.

From my experience, the premium will be in the region of 5% to 10% on the overall price depending on the view.
