Can anyone advise if the resale prices published by HDB flats include COV? And is it true that HDB resale transaction can be completed fast within a month?

Afternoon,

Yes, the resale transaction price that you get from HDB website includes the COV. It's the actual sales price of the unit, months ago.
HDB transaction takes about 3 months, from point of submission. No prudent salesperson will tell you that realty transaction can be done within 1 month, even for private properties.

Hi Bubbleblue,

Transacted prices indicated in HDB includes the COV. As for how fast a transaction takes to complete, the fastest I've heard of is around 2 months. It will very much depend on the availability of appointment slots with HDB and subjected to their approval for all resale applications.
