Dear buyer, It will be interesting to know how this new implementation of regulation will shape up the market but I strongly believe that it is in the interest of the both buyer and seller to reach an agreed price without relying solely on the valuation reports and COVs. Buyers are encouraged to do due diligence and keep a lookout on the transactional data (of course they can hire a salesperson to give them advise) and sellers will not be mislead by salesperson who keeps focusing on the selling COV to make their decision to sell. It is in my opinion for you to set the trend of how the market will head towards instead of being led by others. Who knows if the situation may lead to increase in prices?
