Can an owner sell his 5room HDB flat if he is unable to service his housing loans (20yrs more to go).

Will there be any COV in the process of the sale in this situation?

at this moment most flats are sold with cov..
if you have completed your Min Occupation period MOP , try to rent out rooms ..

Hi, Catherine.
Does that mean that young couples who just started working can go ahead and purchase a EC, take the max. loan, sell the house when they can no longer afford it after MOP and still get to make money out of it?

Is this a good practice for young couples?
