Hi,

Single PRs can't purchase resale HDB, you need to apply with a SC or another PR. If its PR-PR application, both must be PRs for at least 3 years. Thanks and hope it clarifies.

Hi there! Unfortunately due to HDB's stringent ruling, single SG PR are not allowed to buy HDB flats.

Perhaps you would like to consider getting a condo unit? There are many good buy units in the market now ready for occupation as well as projects that will TOP within the next 1-2 years with significant developer discounts.

As my fellow professionals have mentioned, you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB as a single SPR. Your alternative will be to purchase private property.

Are you financially capable of doing so? Maybe you can speak to my banker first so he can advise you further with your in principle approval.
