Afternoon,

Under the new ruling, there's no limit to the purchase of resale flat under single scheme.
However, with Sibling Scheme, it's currently not available.
Minimum Occupation Period is 5 years, before you can apply to rent out the whole unit.
you can still get a Jumbo unit in Woodlands area, with pricing range from $510k to $560k
