Can a single buy sales of balance from the new BTO?

Hi,
Singles 35 years and above can only get 2 room BTO from non mature estate, provided they are within the income ceiling of 7k per month and do not own other private properties.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

If you are 35 years old and above, you can apply under the singles scheme but there will be restrictions on the type of units and location you can choose.
It will be best if you consider resale as you will have more freedom to choose.

You can also consider purchasing a resale where there are no restrictions on flat type and might be eligible for grants of up till $80,000 as a first timer.
