Can a single buy a DBSS with mum and get a HDB loan although currently unemployed? Can the same single who has just co-owned her dad's hdb unit with her mum(fully paid up by dad who passed away w/o hdb loan by her) be eligible for the first time hdb grant since she did not have any hdb loan as the house was transferred to her? Thks.
