Hi,

Yes a typical condominium unit is considered a strata unit, where the purchaser is considered strata proprietor. PRs can purchase no issue. Which 2 types are you referring to? May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

    Hi Ivan,

Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate this.

I read online that these also strata apartment. Or these only one type of strata in Singapore? Can a PR purchase this type of property?

Also, are there any issue for a PR to purchase a unit in apartment building less than 6 stories?

Thank you so much for this!
