Hi,

There is no such requirement for agents to declare. But I can understand if both Buyer A and Buyer B put in offer for the unit at the same time, there may be a conflicting of interest on the agent's part. It will then depend on the Agent's ethics to declare to both the Buyers and be upfront on the matter.
