Hi, for your case, you can't keep both the private property and HDB at the same time. Once you purchase a resale HDB, you will need to sell off the private property within 6 months.

Hi,

Once you purchase a resale HDB, you have to sell away your condo within 6 months after key collection to HDB. You can't keep both HDB & private. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.

Good morning buyer,

Yes you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB but do take note that you have to dispose off your private property within 6 months from completion date. In addition to that, you have o observe minimum occupation period of 5 years before you can purchase a private property again.
