Can a married couple each owned a HDB flat with their parents(2 HDB flats), their name are not in each other own individual flat but their parents names?

Morning Shirl,

The answer is NO. Married couple are deem as one entity in the eyes of the law. Thus it's not possible for a married couple to own two HDB unit.
If it's possible, how would there be enough units for everyone?
