Hi,

1) Yes, you are eligible under the Public Scheme.
2) You didn't mention your spouse. You have to know that if you are still under marriage status.
3) Your wife will be automatically listed as an essential occupier. So, her name must be in the application.
4) If you have already legally separated, and your daughter is under 21 years old. You must have the full custody and care of your daughter.
5) If you only have partial custody and care of your daughter, you will need to have a written agreement from your ex.
