Hi SM,

Buying new launches condo from agent will not cost you more. For example, we Huttons are exclusive marketing agent for many developers, so we are the developer sales team, where we get the fee from developer, not from buyers ;)

Buyers do not pay for the commission. But I think there is room for buyer to pay for the service.
