Hi,

You must meet the MOP of 5 years before you can purchase another residential property. If there is a strong case, you may want to appeal with HDB first to sell within MOP period. Otherwise the process cannot kick start. Thanks and hope to assist further when your plans are ready.

Afternoon,

For any HDB unit bought after Aug 2010, the owner must fulfill 5 years MOP requirement. Hence for your case, you can only sell off your unit at a later date.
