Hi,

1) Yes, I would recommend you to check with your current banker and do it asap.
2) The bank rate had been revised multiple times within a year, especially recently.
3) If you never do any refinance (with another bank) or re-pricing (with the current bank) then you should do it now.
4) Your current bank rate should already fall under the bank's highest rate if you didn't do anything to it. Once your fixed term (usually is 2 or 3 yrs only) expire, the bank will automatically switch to their highest rate.
5) During this pandemic period, you wouldn't need to submit any document to do re-pricing. But for refinancing they might need your proof of active income.
