All divorce cases are based on different ground and with that, the duration required differ. Whatever the case might be, both partie will be required indicate their standing and intention in court. Once the divorce procedure have being firmed down, you will be required to informs HDB about it which in turn means that you have only 6 months to settle the HDB unit accordingly. If your spouse refuse to sign the OTP, you can appeal to court, with supporting evidence and have the court act accordingly.
