Both my wife and myself are non-PR. My wife used to be PR as she worked in Sgp before as Engineer. However, she left the country too long and was not able to renew the PR. We want to buy a HDB for our parents. Any possibility of doing that..?

Hi Choon Yien,

If your parents are PRs or Sg Citizens, you are able to help them purchase a flat under their name. However, the flat will need to be fully paid assuming that your parents will not be eligible for any loans due to many reasons.

The above is the only situation/solution that I can think of.
