Both me and my husband are SPR. We would like to buy a Condo in sg and do not have much cash on hand. If I am not mistaken, we need to pay cash of 5% ABSD, not sure if this can be paid by our CPF?Besides this ABSD, what else should we pay as in cash?

Evening Charlene,

For PR, you are require to pay 5% ABSD for your first residential property in SG. If you managed to get 80% loan, 5% downpayment must be in cash. The balance 15% and legal plus stamp fee can be paid using CPF OA.
