Belgravia Villas why still allow agents post the selling Price not developer instruction? now developer cheapest unit $2,7M. you should not allow property agent advised lower price $

Hi Amy, the company which is PropertyGuru, would not know much about whether is it developer or individual resale pricing of sellers. But usually developer will do a random check and would penalise individual agent who is caught doing such act.
