1) You can only apply the 2-rm with 99 yrs lease if you are referring to BTO/SBF.
2) Those 2-rm Flexi flat (BTO/SBF) is only open to citizens at age of 55 and above. The lease available is only from 30~45 yrs.
3) Therefore you cannot be the 2nd owner of these Flexi lease flats because the lease will expire before you reach 95 yrs old.
