Assuming i do not have any other property. If I am buying an EC which is 6-10 year old from the open market, can i immediately buy another pte property? or must i wait for another 5 year before i can purchase another pte property (like the rules in HDB)

Morning Sasa,

Resale EC are considered as private properties. Hence if your financial status allow, you are free to purchase more than one at the same time.

Hi Sasa,

You can buy immeidately another private condo after buying a resale EC. There is no MOP for private properties. The only issue is your 2nd property the bank will only loan 60% if you have outstanding loan.
