We are PRs. As i know that SPR do not allow to buy resale HDB if we have property in our own country. How about, I had bought a HDB flat at singapore. Now, i plan to buy a property at my own country, is it ok?

You should not have any other residential property on your name.

You are not supposed to own any property overseas once you purchase a HDB flat.
