    The range in Singapore seems to be 2 to 5 years for the developer to build and TOP once they win the tender for the land. The lease validity is what decides if person can use CPF or not, so my feeling is that my sell window is reduced due to the reduction of the buying crowd. There is no correlation to price on this, especially for new properties. Thinking in future seller's perspective. Hope I'm making sense.
