In the case where you are looking at buying of HDB resale unit with cash, the funds must be ready by two weeks before completion date.
However, in the case that you are getting a Bank loan or HDB loan, the timeline will differ.

Hi,

If there's a significant cash outlay component for part of the purchase price, typically you need to ready the funds by completion date 2nd appointment. Each scenario may differ depending on the cpf and loan you have ready.
