Are the property listing up to date as we could still view at your site? If not updated buyers will be misleaded and upset if they viewed but was actually sold and listing not updated? Please let me know how the updated of the listing was done?

Hi Madam,

Updating of listings are done by he respective salesperson who are marketing the concerned units.Your concerns of whether units listed here are updated or not are valid as some salespersons are managing more than 50 listings at times and may have difficulties in keeping track or missed out in following up with respective owners on the availability of units. As far as we are concern,we do our best to keep ourselves updated on availability. In order to minimize your inconveniences,why not call up to enquire with he respective salesperson who have just updated the listing within he last 48hours?Otherwise you may wish to engage the services of a salesperson to assist you in the purchase where he/she will filter out such issue?
