Are agents responsible after aftersales service (room rental). Example, tenant rented a room, however roommates flaunts the rules by bring in guest and smoking. Landlord refused to step in after multiple complaints. Can the tenant then reach out to the property agent for help?

Property agent is not responsible for these unfortunate incidents, but if the agreement allows you to back out of the rental and claim damages from landlord, you may wish to exercise your option to do so. Read More
