Hi,

There are total of 8 schemes available to purchase resale HDB flat.

(1) Public Scheme: at least 1x SC + 1x(SC or SPR) or 2x PR (must be able to form a family)
Definition of Family:
(a) 1 spouse (SC or SPR) + children
(b) Parents (SC or SPR) + siblings
(c) Children under legal custody

(2) Finace/Financee Scheme
(3) Single Singapore Citizen Scheme - 1x SC, >=35yrs old.
(4) Joint Single Scheme - All must be SC (conditions applied for different age group)
(5) Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme: at least 1x SC
(6) Non-Citizen Family Scheme: at least 1x SC
(6) Orpahs Scheme: at least 1x SC
(7) Conversion Scheme: at least 1x SC + 1x(SC or SPR) or 2x PR (must be able to form a family)

Thus as you may see from above, none of the scheme fits your current situation.

Hi there,

I am afraid to inform you that there's no HDB schemes for SPR siblings.

SPR buyers usually must be SPR for 3 years and they are married.

For single, they must be at least 35 years old and they are Singaporean. They will be eligible under Single Singapore citizen scheme or joint singles.

Hope my explanation is informative and value adding to your property needs.
