Applying BTO under Single Scheme, but listing nephew/niece as occupiers.

I have never bought a BTO before and was applying for an HFE on the HDB website. When I got to the part where I have to list the occupiers, I put my 2 nephews, 1 niece and their father/my brother, which caused the system to reject my application. May I ask if it is possible to apply for a BTO under the Single's scheme and putting multiple occupiers who are not immediate family?

Otherwise, can i just apply with no occupiers listed, and still get my nephews and nieces and brother to live with me?

You are applying for BTO under Single's Scheme, meaning you are eligible to only purchase 2 room flat. Since you are applying under Single's Scheme, there is no need for you to list down the occupiers in the HFE. Read More
