anyone knows if there is any 4rm hdb with 4bedroom in yishun? what is the blocks with such? excluding 5rm or exec models

Morning Jason,

It's almost impossible for 4 room flat to house 4 bedrooms as their built-in area is max of 108sqm, excluding recess area.
5 room flat, however, do have sufficient space for the 4th room.

Hi Jason, there are no HDB 4 with 4 bedrooms.
Unless you just buy a unit and built in additional room subject to approval.
