Yes, it will be required. If they do not have Singpass, you may wish to check with the HDB officer if you can bring them to HDB office to endorse the documents physically.

Hi,

1) It is not difficult for the parents to complete the endorsement process when applying for the PHG.
2) You just need to bring them to any CC to register for one. You may find the nearest location under this link: https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/counter-locations
3) You can help them to log in and complete the process. It is just a few clicks here and there. :-))
4) You can use your email address and mobile number to receive the notification for their endorsement notice.
5) They also don't need to attend the completion of the sale once they complete the endorsement.
