Anyone can recommend a newly renovated HDB flat (not more than 5 years) in a good location with park/water in Punggol or Bedok location: How long does the resale flat can be approved and completed.

Hi Mrs. Lau,

(1) There are plenty of newly renovated HDB flat in Punggol and Bedok.

(2) However, the other consideration you have is not more than 5 yrs might not be realistic. As no one is allowed to sell their HDB under 5 yrs (MOP is 5yrs).

In general case, those that need to dispose off their HDB within 5 yrs (within MOP), are encountering difficulties, which is not at all common.

(3) Under current HDB new resale portal, the whole process will takes around 12 weeks to 13 weeks dependent on the time taken during issuing of OTP till exercising OTP and resale submission.

It shall be 8 weeks from resale application approval.

Hi Ms Lau, I have a 4 room flat at Blk 288B Punggol Place which is only 5 years old and just right beside Punggol MRT and shopping mall. Asking price is 520k.
