Anyone can advice, I am 36 years old Singapore Citizen. My wife is a housewife holding a long term visit pass from Hong Kong.She is not working but my Gross pass is below 5k. I bought a 4 room resale and what type of grant am I eligible? First timer.

Evening, You can purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. If you are first timer, you will be eligible for $15k single grant. As to how whether you can purchase the 4 room flat, it will depend on how much loan you can get, how much CPF and cash you have at hand and which area you are looking into.
