As you can see, as salesperson, we have differing estimates on valuation and COV range and these estimation is based on past transactions in the vicinity as well as the existing asking prices for units that are still selling. We do not exactly know how the condition of the past transacted units are, and even if we do, no 2 units are the same with each other, thus it will also be improper to compare prices as well.
In addition, selling properties is no longer like the older days when you show prospective buyers where the kitchen and all is located, which I believe anyone can do that, but selling features and points where it cannot be physically seen.
