Blocks 1 to 8 Tanjong Pagar Plaza are HDB flats. These are not private housing, and there will not be any collective sales happening.
The only thing that may happen will be the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), where Government will find replacement flats for the existing owners there.
