Sorry to hear about the sad news, I hope you are managing well. Are you currently the sole owner of the flat? From recent experience, it is getting more difficult to get the appeal to sell unless you have very good reasons. If you are below 35 years old, and the family nucleus was formed with your father, it may be that you are no longer eligible to keep the flat and may be able to appeal to sell based on those grounds. Also, is there financial difficult in servicing the loan based on your sole income? That could be another reason for the appeal.

We were looking for agents to help us with urgent appeal for early MOP and to sell off our flat. As it was 2 years before MOP, most agents who reached out were reluctant to assist much and unresponsive.
