Hi Desmond,

As far as i am aware, you probably need to wait for 1 year from discharged date, then banks may grant you housing loan subject to approval.

Afternoon Desmond,

Depending on your situation, undischarged bankrupt can still apply for market rate mortgage loan from HDB. Process might be troublesome, interest rate higher than bank, but if you need it, it should help you along the way.
