I can only advise as much as I know. And I reckon not many salesperson will advise further, due to possible legal implications.
To my knowledge, HDB unit and CPF cannot be put under trust. Even if it have being done through one way of another, conditions defer based on the contents, terms and clause that have being stated with the trust documents.

It would be ideal to talk to lawyer, who are more prudent, after going through your trust documents.
