Morning,

Under CEA ruling, salesperson are not allowed to represent the buyer or seller as Attorney, due to possible conflict of interest. You can engage your friend, aged 21 and above, who understands English langague, to be your attorney. As for the rest of the documentation, your solicitor will be able to assist accordingly. And for me, as a salesperson, will be hunting the unit according to your requirement, view it (either with your attorney or take photos and send to you), before deciding on the next course of action.

As my fellow professionals have indicated, you will need a power of attorney and I would advise you to seek the professional service to do up the necessary paperworks for the Power of Attorney. We are salesperson therefore drafting of such documents should not be part of our responsibility. Always seek the professionals to do up these transactions instead of saving the money but run into huge consequences.
