1) Blk 14A low floor, transacted $668k, in Aug

2) Blk 14 very high floor, transacted $737k, valuation $665k, COV $72, in Jul

3) Blk 13 very high floor, transacted $712k, in June

You may want to take this as a guide. You should be able to fetch at least $700k to $750k for your unit.
