1) Once you received a grant regardless of the amount, you are considered to enjoy a 1x subsidy.
2) Thus when you apply for a BTO, you shall be categorized as 2nd timer, and you are subject to resale levy.
3) If you are a joint applicant with a 1st timer, your application will still enjoy the 1st time privilege.
