Am i eligible for housing grant (how much) and hdb loan when buying a resale hdb?

I(34 yo) and my son(2 yo) just converted from spr to sc. My wife (33 yo) is still spr. We are First time buyer with household income more than 15k.

Afternoon,

You are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under the Public Scheme. As your monthly household income have exceeded $10k, you are not eligible for housing grant not HDB loan. I can however assist by getting my banker to assess your income and credit standing and work on your bank loan component.
