Yes, you may buy a resale HDB flat. You need not pay resale levy unless you buy a BTO.

Hi,

1) Yes, you are eligible to purchase an HDB flat with your gf under the Public Scheme (if she is an SC or SPR). The restrictions on divorce parties (3 years barred period) had been removed since 6th March 2018.
2) By the way, the restrictions in the past were mainly on the subsidize only.
3) If you are buying an HDB flat without any grants, you are not liable for any resale levy.
