Am currently renting hdb blk 331 Clementi ave 2 for my Dad. Would be interested in buying one nearby. Lift level necessary. I live in and work in the UK but am Sporean. Would like to get mortgage rather than paying outright. Would you expect there to be an issue with this given that I wont be living in it in the short term? Will be in Spore over Xmas and would like to view.Cud an agent contact me please?

Evening,

Most of the units around that cluster have completed their lift upgrading program, hence getting a unit on lift landing should not be an issue. To purchase the unit under your name, you need to be at least 35 years old. Being based in UK, I'm sure that you have exceeded the income ceiling hence you need to get the mortgage loan through banks.
