after selling our flat,we have 100k cash and 150k cpf,our total combine monthly income is 4k,we are married sc,thinking of buying EC 3 bedroom unit,roughly,what is the maximum loan we are able to get?thks

Evening,

By knowing your monthly combined income will not determine how much loan you can get. The banker need to know your credit assessment and how much years you are eligible to loan.

Do contact me so that I can get my banker to assess you and we can work out on the rest.
