Yes you may. Do also take note that should you require a home loan, you will only be eligible to take up a bank loan. Typical resale 3 room HDB in Bedok should not set you back by $30k COV, however I believe that as long as all conditions are right, it is worthwhile to pay a little premium for the right home. Yes you are eligible to buy a resale flat after you have sold your private apartment. Do take note that you are only eligible for a bank loan.

Generally COV is between 15k-40k, depending on condition, facing and level of the unit.

Yes, you are eligible to buy a resale HDB. Generally the cov of a 3 room flat unit at Bedok is around 10k to 30k. Personally I have 2 exclusive units at Bedok Reservoir and Bedok North and the cov asking for both is only 15k.
