after knowing that our loan will be affected if we buy EC and we have to pay 50k levy ,we can't upgrade now so can we decide to cancel or not sell our flat after OTP is done?any penalty fees?

Afternoon, Based on the current ruling, once you have signed on the OTP, as seller, you are not eilgible to withdraw from the contract. You might want to talk to your agent and help you work things out with your buyer. Regards Mike Lim 96929209 m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
