After buying a resale HDB ( without grant ), can i apply a new flat as first timer applicant ? Must i sell my resale flat before buying a new one ?

Morning Mark,

If you have not gotten any HDB subsidized unit or inherited similar units, then you are still considered as first timer. You are not required to sell off your current unit till you have collected the keys for your new unit. Do take note of the 5% deposit requirement and income ceiling.
