Hi Robin,

If you have the ability to leverage on bank loans for private properties, you might have an higher capital gain from the purchase of your new property. Private properties have lesser restrictions and potential buyers usually have a higher quantum range.

However, if you are only interested in getting HDB, you might want to consider units near the MRT or industrial area (woodlands/jurong). HDB precinct with future developments (Serangoon/Bedok) will also help in pushing your rental demand.
